Residents of East Palestine, OH and surrounding areas are experiencing the impacts of the Norfolk Southern railroad derailment that took place on February 3, 2023. Residents were encouraged to evacuate, and air and water quality in the area is at risk. While residents have been permitted to return home, many are facing financial challenges as a result of this disaster. The following organizations are distributing food, clothing, and other crucial supplies to those impacted.
